11 October 2018 – Bromborough (UK): NewEra Metal Resources Ltd (the “Company” or “NewEra”) announces the results of a preliminary site visit to two of its four vanadium projects in the Malargue Department, Mendoza Province, west-central Argentina.
During September grab bitumen rock samples were collected from waste dumps at the sites of historic mining activity at the Company’s 100% owned La Valenciana and Mallin Largo projects.
Rock samples were submitted to Alex Stewart Laboratories in Mendoza city for multi-element analysis (ICP-MA-42). Results confirmed the presence of vanadium and nickel at both projects.
• La Valenciana: 7,659 ppm V and 3,052 Ni
• Mallin Largo: 1,503 ppm V and 249 ppm Ni
The Company is currently seeking investment and / or a partner to further advance its vanadium exploration in Argentina in 2019.
